Partner • Internet Systems Technologist & ProfessorWith a degree in Internet Systems and a post-grad in Web Development, I combine academic depth with market practice. As a tech professor, I value code clarity as much as functionality. My expertise lies in building modern, high-performance interfaces using React, JavaScript, Tailwind CSS, and Bootstrap.
I aim to deliver scalable digital solutions built on clean architecture, driven by transparency, dedication, and a commitment to continuous evolution. My family is my foundation, fueling my pursuit of excellence. Off-screen, I recharge through sports, soccer, and good times with friends.

Partner • Network Technologist & ProfessorNetwork Technologist and Master's student in Computer Science (UFRGS), I bridge the gap between practical IT infrastructure and academic research. My expertise covers Data Centers, virtualization, and monitoring (Windows/Linux), ensuring robust environments ready for innovation.
Security is central to my work. I apply frameworks like NIST, CIS Controls, and ISO 27000, alongside LGPD compliance, to mitigate risks proactively. My goal is to deliver efficient solutions that leave a legacy of organization. Off-duty, my family is my foundation. I recharge through reading, running, and bodybuilding, believing that personal balance fuels professional excellence.

Partner • Electrical Engineer / Automation / SoftwareI’m an Electrical Engineer with a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, focused on Power Processing (power electronics and control), and I’m also a professor. My path blends a solid academic foundation with hands-on lab and field experience — and a trait that has been with me since early on: I enjoy solving problems, getting to the root cause, and turning complexity into a clear solution.
I have experience with switching power supplies, motor drive and control systems, and applications aimed at industrial automation. I especially enjoy the point where theory meets reality: when the circuit response, control behavior, and system safety must align with what was designed.
Programming is a strong part of my skill set — and, honestly, one of the things I enjoy most. I’ve built real solutions with experience ranging from web systems and cloud services to low-level microcontroller work, combining logic, electronics, and software to create complete systems. I’m excited by the full engineering journey: understanding the need, designing the solution, coding, testing, debugging, and refining until it becomes consistent.
My values are straightforward: technical quality, clarity, responsibility, and transparency. I believe in continuous improvement and in solutions that make sense end-to-end — from concept to delivery.
Outside of work, my family is my priority and my balance. I recharge with what inspires and entertains me: action and sci-fi movies, video games, RPGs, and football. In the end, all of it fuels the same drive — curiosity, creativity, and the desire to build better things.
